Up Close with Nimfa Beck

I was just eleven years old when I started writing romance novels. Right there and then, I realized in my heart this was the path and career I wanted to pursue.

I started writing in a notebook using a ball point pen with my imperfect penmanship.

In high school, I thought it was just right to have a dear friend as a secretary. I remembered staying late at the cafeteria telling Pamela Sandoval (that's her name) the story in my head while she wrote incredibly.

When I was in college my parents bought me a typewriter for school which was also used to write my first typewritten manuscripts. But because it was heavy I still penned everything using beautiful notebooks and scented pens whenever I was not at home.

During that time my friends had become my readers. They even had their families and friends read my handwritten stories.

At this point, I had come to the fact that it was unbelievable, even for some close friends and family, to understand me as I was having a hard time figuring out myself as well.

I knew that I had eyes and senses for aesthetics although I didn't know how to create them visually. Therefore, I put all my frustrations and aspirations into writing.

Here I had come face to face to a realization that I only what to write romantic love stories. On top of all, HEA had become my middle name.

Then one day life took its toll and I had to stop writing. During this time I get to finish my study, work, travel, get married, get separated, conceived and had a wonderful son. Not exactly in order.

When my son was very young I met some of the icons of Philippine Romance Novels who conquered the world to make me a full pledge romance author. I was very honored and grateful.

Starting with When I Say Always I Mean Forever, to Against All Odds, my previous publisher published five novels under my name, Nimfa Beck, in a span of 8 years. It was released in the Philippines and some parts of Asia.

By the end of 2013, I decided to have my own publications with the help of my family and friends. At first, I was nervous because my Filipino writing was a disaster and my English was worst.

I knew then that, humbly, what I had was only my little self and my love stories.

I guess, You, my beloved readers, love that fact because a lot of you helped me pick up the pieces. We were able to withstand the challenge, surpassed the bandwagon, and succeeded. Whoa!

In 2015, God called me to put mu faith in Jesus as my Lord and Savior.

I could say knowing the truth about Jesus became the most rewarding part of my life as I share my eternal perspective with every people I met along the way.

I ventured to writing Christian love stories then and I loved it. I never regretted it, and will never ever regret what I gave up for Jesus since He gave his own life for me and you.

However, not all my readers understood this concept so I lost lots of them. With that, and due to my obedience to my Savior, I decided to stop writing again.

For a glimpse, I was back writing in Wattpad on 2018 and had not resolved my views about SPG so I had to leave again.

At the end of 2021, after unlimited persuasion from my dear readers, I went back to writing.

I first released my Christian Love Story novels.

And then I began to contemplate releasing my other books, fully erotica free, and carefully edited, with the help of my family.

I was happy.

This personal website will release more than 100 books that I had written, edited to perfection and level of maturity with my Christianity.

Me and my team will bring you my works and passion alive. My next love after JESUS, my family, and you.

Once again, Welcome!

With much Love,

Nimfa Beck
